Freedom Forge AI LLC ("Freedom Forge AI," "FFAI," "we," "us," or "our") believes artificial intelligence should amplify human potential, accelerate informed decisions, and expand what individuals and businesses are capable of — not quietly operate as a black box behind the scenes. This Notice explains how we use AI, the safeguards and disclosures we apply, the honest limits of AI-generated output, and how users can request human review when it matters.

1. Purpose and Scope

This AI Transparency & Responsibility Notice applies to AI-enabled features, services, workflows, educational programs, consulting, coaching, demonstrations, content, assistants, personas, avatars, synthetic media, and automation offered or used by Freedom Forge AI — including, as applicable, LifeHouse OS, The Internal Brain (TIB), AI-enabled platforms and utilities, and future Freedom Forge AI offerings that reference this Notice.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any product-specific or engagement-specific terms.

Transparency

We identify when AI materially participates in an interaction, output, or persona — and we do not hide that from you.

Human Accountability

Humans remain responsible for strategy, judgment, validation, escalation, and material decisions — full stop.

Data Responsibility

We seek to minimize unnecessary personal-data use in AI systems and apply appropriate privacy controls.

Responsible Deployment

We do not position AI as infallible, human, or a substitute for licensed professional judgment.

2. Our Human-First AI Principle

Freedom Forge AI is built on a foundational belief: AI works best when it works alongside people, not instead of them. Our products, platforms, and services are designed to combine human context, creativity, ethics, and accountability with the speed, pattern recognition, automation, and generative capabilities of AI.

We call this our Human-First AI approach. We do not believe responsible AI deployment means removing people from the loop simply because a task can be automated. Wherever meaningful, we keep humans informed, in control, and able to override.

3. AI Personas, Assistants, and Avatars

Freedom Forge AI may deploy named AI personas, virtual assistants, AI-enabled avatars, and AI-powered characters across our platforms, products, and client-facing services. These systems are designed to deliver intelligent, personalized experiences — and we are committed to being clear about their nature.

Jamie Forge

Jamie Forge is Freedom Forge AI's primary AI assistant and the public-facing embodiment of the FFAI brand intelligence. Jamie Forge is an AI system — not a human employee, attorney, therapist, physician, accountant, financial adviser, or other licensed professional. Interactions with Jamie Forge are AI-powered unless we explicitly identify a human participant in the conversation.

The Internal Brain (TIB) and LifeHouse OS Personas

The Internal Brain (TIB) and LifeHouse OS each host a range of specialized AI personas — named intelligences, role-specific assistants, and domain-focused characters designed to support distinct workflows, life domains, and user needs within those platforms. These personas are AI systems operating within a structured, human-supervised environment. Regardless of the persona's name, personality, tone, or specialization, all such personas are AI-enabled systems unless explicitly stated otherwise. No persona within TIB or LifeHouse OS should be understood to represent a human individual, a licensed professional relationship, or a source of regulated advice unless a separate, express engagement establishes that context.

We seek to avoid presenting any AI persona, assistant, avatar, or automated system in a way that would materially mislead a reasonable person into believing the system is a human being.

4. How We Use AI

Freedom Forge AI may use AI to assist with:

  • research, information organization, and knowledge synthesis;
  • brainstorming, idea generation, and creative development;
  • content development, editing, and production;
  • education, training, coaching, and speaking programs;
  • workflow design, process automation, and business transformation;
  • AI readiness assessment and implementation advisory;
  • customer support, routing, and service communications;
  • meeting preparation, follow-up, and productivity support;
  • analysis, recommendations, and decision support;
  • marketing development and campaign assistance;
  • scheduling, administration, and operational efficiency;
  • image, audio, video, presentation, avatar, and synthetic-media creation; and
  • other customer-requested or internal business activities.

The specific models, tools, and providers we use may change over time. AI capabilities within LifeHouse OS and The Internal Brain are designed to evolve as technology and user needs develop.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

Freedom Forge AI may use third-party AI models, cloud platforms, APIs, productivity tools, media-generation tools, automation platforms, or other technology providers to deliver AI-enabled functionality across our products and services.

Third-party providers operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, model limitations, retention practices, and service restrictions. We do not represent that every provider operates under identical privacy, security, or AI-training policies.

We seek to select and configure providers responsibly and, where commercially and technically available, use settings intended to reduce unnecessary retention, secondary use, or training use of customer data.

6. Personal Data and AI

Information submitted to an AI-enabled service may need to be processed by a third-party technology provider in order to generate a response or perform the requested task. Users should not submit highly sensitive, restricted, or regulated information into a general AI-enabled feature unless they have been specifically told that the workflow is appropriate for that information.

Examples of information that should not be submitted to general AI features include:

  • Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers;
  • passwords or authentication credentials;
  • complete financial-account numbers or credentials;
  • medical records or protected health information;
  • confidential legal or privileged information;
  • trade secrets or proprietary business data not intended for external processing;
  • regulated employer, employee, client, student, or customer data;
  • government credentials; and
  • information you do not have the authority to disclose.

Our broader data collection, use, disclosure, retention, and privacy-rights practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Large Language Model Training Disclosure

Freedom Forge AI does not currently collect, use, or sell personal data for the purpose of training our own general-purpose large language models, nor do we intentionally provide personal data to third parties for the purpose of training their general-purpose large language models.

Freedom Forge AI does not use identifiable customer or user content to train general-purpose AI models without express authorization.

Third-party AI providers may process data as needed to provide their services. Their practices depend on the provider, service, account configuration, contractual terms, and available data controls. We seek to configure providers in ways that limit secondary use of customer data where such controls are commercially available.

If our own model-training practices materially change, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

8. Human Oversight

AI may assist Freedom Forge AI personnel, but humans remain responsible for material professional judgment and business decisions. Depending on the use case, human oversight may include:

  • reviewing, editing, or rejecting AI-generated output before use;
  • checking important facts, sources, and citations;
  • adding business, relational, or situational context unavailable to the model;
  • evaluating legal, ethical, privacy, accessibility, or reputational concerns;
  • escalating high-risk, sensitive, or ambiguous issues;
  • requesting clarification or additional information; and
  • making or confirming the final decision.

Not every low-risk or routine AI output is individually reviewed before a user sees it. Users should independently verify information when accuracy, legality, or material consequences are at stake.

9. Accuracy, Hallucinations, and Limitations

AI can be confidently wrong. Generative AI may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, fabricated, or based on a misunderstanding of the user's instructions. AI output may omit important context, cite sources incorrectly, or generate content that resembles existing material.

Users should verify material facts, calculations, legal requirements, professional guidance, citations, product specifications, dates, financial information, medical information, and other consequential information before relying on AI-generated output. Freedom Forge AI is not liable for losses arising from unverified reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Automated Decisions and Profiling

Freedom Forge AI may use automation to organize information, personalize communications, analyze engagement, recommend content or next steps, route requests, or assist our team and platform users.

Freedom Forge AI does not currently use AI as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.

If we later deploy AI or automated decision technology in a regulated consequential-decision context, we will implement applicable safeguards before doing so — which may include notice, disclosure of purpose and data categories, impact assessments, testing, anti-discrimination controls, opt-out rights, explanation rights, correction rights, human review, reconsideration, or appeal procedures as required by law.

11. AI Subscription Transparency

If a paid Freedom Forge AI offering includes subscription access to AI functionality — including within LifeHouse OS, The Internal Brain, or other platforms — we seek to clearly describe material subscription terms, significant usage limits, material feature limitations, pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation methods before enrollment.

Connecticut Consumers — Beginning October 1, 2026

For a paid subscription that qualifies as a subscription to "artificial intelligence technology" under applicable Connecticut law, Freedom Forge AI will provide the required written key-term disclosure and obtain the consumer's written acceptance before entering into or renewing the subscription or collecting applicable fees. Where required, those disclosures will identify material quantitative or qualitative limitations and any material provider discretion to limit, reduce, eliminate, or otherwise modify access to AI functionality.

12. Synthetic Media and AI-Generated Content

Freedom Forge AI may use AI to create or assist with text, graphics, images, audio, video, avatars, presentations, demonstrations, and other synthetic or AI-generated content across our platforms, marketing, and client deliverables.

Where AI-generated or synthetic content could materially mislead a reasonable person about its origin, authenticity, identity, endorsement, or the occurrence of a real event, we seek to provide appropriate disclosure. Where required by applicable law or supported by the technology, we may use labels, metadata, provenance information, watermarks, or other methods intended to identify or make synthetic content detectable.

We do not knowingly use AI to fabricate evidence, falsely portray a real person's endorsement, impersonate a person deceptively, or misrepresent a synthetic event as a real one.

13. Likeness, Voice, Avatars, and Digital Replicas

A real person's image, likeness, voice, name, biometric characteristics, or other identifying characteristics should not be cloned, synthesized, manipulated, or commercially deployed through Freedom Forge AI services without appropriate legal authority or consent.

Users requesting a digital replica, voice clone, avatar, image manipulation, or synthetic representation represent that they possess the rights and permissions necessary for the requested use. Freedom Forge AI may decline or stop a requested use where consent, ownership, identity, authorization, or lawful purpose is unclear.

14. Reviews, Testimonials, Endorsements, and AI Marketing

Freedom Forge AI does not knowingly use AI to:

  • fabricate customer reviews or testimonials;
  • create a fake reviewer or endorser represented as a real customer;
  • falsely portray a celebrity, customer, employee, or other person as endorsing Freedom Forge AI;
  • invent customer experiences or outcomes;
  • make unsupported earnings, employment, productivity, savings, or performance claims; or
  • hide material limitations of an AI-enabled product or service.

Material connections involving endorsements, affiliate relationships, incentives, or compensation will be disclosed where required by applicable advertising law.

15. Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Work

Generative AI creates evolving intellectual-property questions. AI-generated or AI-assisted material may:

  • not qualify for copyright protection in some circumstances;
  • require meaningful human authorship for certain protections;
  • contain or resemble elements found in existing works;
  • be subject to the terms of a third-party AI provider; or
  • require additional review before trademark, patent, publishing, advertising, or commercial use.

Users are responsible for appropriate intellectual-property review before significant commercial publication, registration, filing, or exploitation of AI-generated material.

16. Fairness, Bias, Non-Discrimination, and Accessibility

AI systems may reflect limitations or biases in training data, model design, prompts, system configuration, deployment context, or user input. Freedom Forge AI seeks to reduce inappropriate reliance on AI and mitigate bias risk through practices such as:

  • human review for higher-risk uses;
  • contextual validation and fact-checking;
  • testing where appropriate;
  • escalation when an output raises concern;
  • consideration of accessibility and usability in AI-enabled features; and
  • user feedback and ongoing correction.

AI may not be used through Freedom Forge AI services to facilitate unlawful discrimination.

17. Children, Minors, and AI

AI can create heightened privacy, safety, manipulation, dependency, and developmental concerns when used by or around children and minors. Freedom Forge AI's general AI-enabled services are not designed as substitutes for parents, guardians, educators, counselors, healthcare professionals, or other trusted human support.

When Freedom Forge AI offers an educational program or Service involving minors — including through schools, districts, or institutional partners — we will implement applicable notices, parental involvement requirements, age-related protections, privacy safeguards, and other legally required measures for that Service.

We do not intentionally design AI experiences to manipulate minors into harmful dependency or to conceal that a persona or companion is artificial.

18. Sensitive and High-Risk Uses

Certain uses of AI require greater caution because errors or misuse may materially affect a person's rights, safety, finances, health, employment, housing, education, insurance, or legal interests. Unless a specific Freedom Forge AI service is expressly designed for such a regulated use and appropriate safeguards are in place, AI output should not be used as the sole basis for:

  • medical diagnosis or treatment decisions;
  • legal advice or legal-rights determinations;
  • investment, lending, credit, or insurance decisions;
  • employment hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, or compensation decisions;
  • housing eligibility;
  • educational admission or disciplinary decisions;
  • public-benefit eligibility;
  • emergency or life-safety decisions; or
  • other decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

19. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use Freedom Forge AI AI-enabled services to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • commit fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or material deception;
  • generate or distribute unlawful intimate imagery;
  • harass, exploit, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
  • create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements represented as authentic;
  • misrepresent synthetic content as authentic where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful;
  • clone or manipulate a person's likeness or voice without appropriate authority;
  • submit data you do not have the right to process;
  • circumvent security, privacy, safety, access, or usage controls;
  • introduce malware or malicious automation; or
  • use AI to make unlawful discriminatory or other prohibited consequential decisions.

20. Security and AI Risk Management

Freedom Forge AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and AI-enabled service involved. Depending on the use case, our risk-management practices may include:

  • limiting access to AI tools and customer information;
  • selecting providers based on business, security, and privacy considerations;
  • using available enterprise or privacy controls;
  • minimizing unnecessary personal-data exposure;
  • testing or reviewing higher-risk workflows;
  • maintaining human escalation paths;
  • monitoring significant provider or legal changes; and
  • updating practices as risks and technology evolve.

No AI system, cloud platform, website, database, transmission method, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.

21. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it;
  • verifying material facts and sources independently;
  • determining whether an output is appropriate for the intended purpose;
  • protecting confidential and sensitive information;
  • obtaining necessary permissions and consents before providing third-party data;
  • complying with professional, contractual, and legal obligations;
  • maintaining appropriate human oversight; and
  • reporting material concerns to Freedom Forge AI when appropriate.

22. Human Review and Reporting Concerns

If you believe a Freedom Forge AI AI-enabled service — including Jamie Forge, a TIB persona, a LifeHouse OS assistant, or any other FFAI-powered system — has produced a material error, mishandled personal information, generated discriminatory or inappropriate content, misrepresented itself as human, made an inappropriate recommendation, or created another significant concern, you may request human review.

Contact us at [email protected] and identify the request as AI Review Request or AI Concern. We will process qualifying requests as required by applicable law, including any right to human review, reconsideration, correction, appeal, or explanation provided by law.

23. Changes to This Notice

AI technology and AI regulation are evolving quickly. We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our services, providers, technology, risk controls, business practices, or legal obligations. The effective date and latest update appear at the top of this Notice. Where a change requires additional notice, renewed consent, or acceptance under applicable law, we will provide it.

24. Related Policies

This Notice should be read together with:
