Freedom Forge AI LLC (“Freedom Forge AI,” “FFAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals, businesses, customers, prospective customers, users, students, educators, partners, and others who interact with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you interact with Freedom Forge AI and our websites, applications, platforms, products, utilities, services, consulting and advisory services, educational programs, workshops, events, beta programs, waitlists, forms, communications, and other offerings that reference or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy provides a general privacy framework for Freedom Forge AI. Certain products, programs, jurisdictions, or activities may be subject to supplemental privacy notices, consent forms, contracts, school or institutional agreements, or other terms. If a supplemental notice applies, it supplements this Privacy Policy and, where expressly stated, controls for the applicable product, program, or processing activity.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Freedom Forge AI in connection with the Services, including, as applicable:

• Freedom Forge AI corporate websites and landing pages;
• LifeHouse OS;
• The Internal Brain (TIB);
• AI-enabled platforms and utilities;
• business products and software;
• consulting and advisory services;
• AI readiness, implementation, automation, and transformation services;
• educational programs, workshops, training, speaking engagements, and events;
• beta programs, demonstrations, early-access programs, and waitlists;
• customer relationship management, contact, registration, scheduling, and inquiry forms;
• email, telephone, and text-message communications; and
• future Freedom Forge AI offerings that reference this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not automatically govern a third-party website, application, platform, or service merely because it is linked from or integrated with a Freedom Forge AI Service.

2. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which Services you use.

2.1 Information You Provide

2.3 AI Interactions and User Content

Certain Services may permit users to submit prompts, questions, files, documents, instructions, records, or other content to AI-enabled systems.

We may process this information to provide requested functionality, generate or retrieve responses, maintain requested context, troubleshoot and support Services, detect abuse or security threats, measure performance, and improve applicable Services as permitted by this Privacy Policy and supplemental terms.

Freedom Forge AI does not use identifiable customer or user content to train general-purpose AI models without express authorization.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or appropriately de-identified information for legitimate purposes such as analytics, security, debugging, performance measurement, research, and product improvement, provided it is processed in a manner designed to prevent reasonable identification of an individual.

2.4 Sensitive Information

Some Services may involve information considered sensitive under applicable law, including certain financial information, precise geolocation, authentication information, children’s information, health-related information, biometric information, or other protected categories.

Freedom Forge AI seeks to limit collection of sensitive information to circumstances in which it is reasonably necessary for the applicable Service or purpose. Where required by law, we will obtain appropriate consent or provide additional notice before processing sensitive information.

Certain products may be governed by supplemental privacy notices and additional safeguards.

Please do not provide sensitive information through a general Freedom Forge AI contact or marketing form unless specifically requested.

Freedom Forge AI seeks to collect and retain personal information that is reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which it is processed.

We seek to avoid collecting information merely because it may become useful at some unspecified future time. Where reasonably practical, we use aggregated or de-identified information instead of identifiable personal information.

5. AI Systems and Third-Party Providers

Freedom Forge AI may use proprietary technology and third-party artificial intelligence, cloud, hosting, software, analytics, communications, security, customer relationship management, and infrastructure providers.

Information may be transmitted to or processed by authorized service providers when reasonably necessary to perform an applicable function.

We seek to select and configure providers in a manner appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information processed. Where appropriate and commercially available, we may use contractual, technical, administrative, or organizational measures intended to limit provider use and protect confidentiality and security.

Third-party technology changes over time, and specific providers may change. We do not represent that every provider operates under identical privacy, retention, security, or AI-training practices.

6.1 Service Providers and Contractors

• cloud hosting and infrastructure;

When Services are provided on behalf of an employer, school, educational institution, business customer, partner, or organization, information may be available to or controlled by that organization consistent with the applicable relationship, agreement, program, and law.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.4 Corporate Transactions

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Freedom Forge AI does not operate a business model based on selling personal information for monetary consideration.

Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” and similar terms more broadly. Depending on technologies used on a Service, certain analytics, advertising, cookie, pixel, or similar activities may fall within these definitions.

Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, we will provide an appropriate method to exercise it. Where legally required, Freedom Forge AI will honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals or other required preference mechanisms.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate Services, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, and, where permitted, support marketing and analytics.

8.1 Tracking Information and User Choices

Cookies and related technologies may collect information such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, form interactions, dates and times of visits, session identifiers, and approximate location derived from Internet Protocol address.

You may be able to manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking or deleting certain cookies may affect website or Service functionality.

Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for certain cookies, targeted advertising, sale, sharing, analytics, or similar tracking, Freedom Forge AI will provide an appropriate choice mechanism. Where legally required, Freedom Forge AI will also honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals.

Freedom Forge AI may send transactional, relationship, administrative, educational, or marketing email communications.

Commercial email communications will be managed in accordance with applicable law. Where required, marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe.

Opting out of marketing emails does not necessarily prevent non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to provide requested products or services, administer an account, respond to requests, provide security notices, or fulfill transactional or legal purposes.

10. Text Messages and Telephone Communications

Freedom Forge AI may communicate by telephone or text message when a person provides a telephone number and communications are permitted by applicable law.

Depending on consent provided, messages may include requested information, appointments, account or service notifications, customer support, educational resources, beta communications, product and service updates, event invitations, and marketing or promotional communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless expressly permitted by law.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may revoke consent or opt out using reasonable methods made available by Freedom Forge AI, including replying STOP where supported. Recipients may reply HELP where supported for assistance. Freedom Forge AI will maintain and honor opt-out and revocation requests as required by applicable law.

Mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide such information to service providers that facilitate communications for Freedom Forge AI or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

10.1 SMS Opt-In and Consent Details

Freedom Forge AI may collect a mobile telephone number when an individual voluntarily provides it through a website form, landing page, registration, scheduling process, account process, or another approved opt-in method.

Where text-message consent is requested, the applicable form or consent mechanism identifies Freedom Forge AI LLC and describes the categories of messages for which consent is requested. Depending on the option or options selected by the individual, messages may include informational, transactional, customer-service, appointment, scheduling, account, product, platform, utility, beta, early-access, educational, event, and promotional or marketing communications.

Marketing text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported, recipients may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.

Freedom Forge AI may maintain records of the date, time, source, method, disclosure presented, and consent choice associated with an SMS opt-in or opt-out as reasonably necessary to administer communications and demonstrate compliance.

10.2 SMS Consent and Mobile Information Will Not Be Shared for Marketing

Freedom Forge AI does not share, sell, rent, disclose, or transfer SMS opt-in consent or mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

This restriction expressly includes mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text-message consent records, and information concerning an individual’s decision to consent to SMS communications. SMS opt-in consent and associated mobile information are excluded from any data-sharing provision in this Privacy Policy that could otherwise be interpreted to permit marketing or promotional sharing.

Freedom Forge AI may disclose mobile information to service providers solely as reasonably necessary to deliver, route, support, secure, or administer Freedom Forge AI communications, provided those service providers act on behalf of Freedom Forge AI and are not authorized to use the information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Children’s and Student Privacy

Freedom Forge AI may provide educational programs, workshops, curriculum, demonstrations, experiential learning opportunities, or other Services involving K-12 students.

Our general corporate contact forms and general marketing Services are not intended to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.

When Freedom Forge AI intentionally offers an online Service directed to children under 13, or has actual knowledge that it is collecting personal information online from a child under 13 in circumstances governed by applicable children’s privacy law, we will implement applicable notice, verifiable parental consent, data-minimization, retention, security, and parental-rights requirements.

Educational Services may also be delivered through schools, districts, educational institutions, parents, guardians, or other authorized organizations. Additional privacy notices, consent forms, data-processing agreements, school agreements, or institutional requirements may apply.

Freedom Forge AI does not intend to use children’s personal information for targeted advertising or unrelated commercial profiling in violation of applicable law.

Certain products or future Services may process information constituting consumer health data or another specially regulated category.

This general Privacy Policy is not necessarily the only privacy notice applicable to a specialized product legally required to provide additional disclosures.

No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. Freedom Forge AI cannot guarantee absolute security or that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

13.1 Security Practices

Depending on the nature of the Service and information processed, safeguards may include access controls, role-based permissions, password and authentication controls, encryption or secure transmission technologies where appropriate, logging and monitoring, vendor and service-provider controls, data minimization, backup and recovery practices, incident-response procedures, and administrative practices designed to restrict access to authorized personnel.

Freedom Forge AI periodically evaluates security practices in light of changes in technology, threats, business operations, and the sensitivity of information processed.

14. Data Retention

Freedom Forge AI retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including to provide Services, maintain legitimate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary based on the information, Service, legal requirements, sensitivity, and business necessity.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• delete certain personal information;

Freedom Forge AI is organized in Connecticut and recognizes rights provided by applicable Connecticut privacy law.

Where applicable, eligible Connecticut consumers may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights concerning certain targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and qualifying profiling.

Connecticut law also provides heightened protections for certain sensitive information and minors and may impose additional requirements for certain categories of data, including consumer health data.

Where required, we will provide a mechanism to appeal a decision concerning a Connecticut privacy request.

Residents of other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Because state laws differ in scope, definitions, exemptions, and applicability thresholds, available rights may depend on residence, the Service involved, the information processed, and whether the applicable law covers Freedom Forge AI for that processing activity.

Freedom Forge AI is based in the United States.

If you access Services from outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions in which Freedom Forge AI or its providers operate.
